Resource Description
Team Leader Training is a training weekend that will prepare individuals to lead short-term mission teams. The weekend is set up in such a way that a prospective team leader actually experiences some of the training he or she will in turn conduct with the team. The leader will become familiar with the short-term mission training material and will be given tips on how to best use this material for team training. The workshop covers choosing the team, team training, leading the team on the field, returning, and follow-up. This weekend makes the training manuals come alive and helps you and your church get the most out of your short-term ministry.
